Cookie policy

What is set, why, and how to change your mind.

Strictly necessary

A small number of cookies are required for the site to function and to remember your consent choice. These are set regardless of consent because the site cannot work without them, and they carry no advertising or tracking function.

Advertising

Set by Google AdSense and its advertising partners. These support measuring which ads were shown, capping how often you see the same ad, detecting invalid traffic, and — only with your consent — selecting ads based on inferred interests. Some are set by third parties and can be read on other sites within the same advertising network.

Analytics and performance

Used to count page views and measure loading performance, so slow or broken pages can be found and fixed. These cookies do not affect what you see on the page.

Changing your choice

Use the privacy settings link in the consent notice to review or withdraw consent. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings, which resets every choice — the consent notice will then appear again on your next visit.

Blocking all cookies through your browser will not stop the calculators working. Every calculation happens locally in your browser and needs no cookie at all.

Do Not Track

There is no agreed standard for responding to Do Not Track browser signals, so this site does not respond to them. Use the consent notice instead — it is the mechanism that actually controls what is set.
